Pilgrims Corner Fostering Ltd is owned and managed by staff who have themselves been foster carers and outreach workers, this gives them excellent working knowledge and
Experience in their roles. We aim to provide the best quality care to children and young people during a difficult time in their life by placing them with the best quality, highly skilled and trained foster families.
As a company, we realise that our carers need a support package to assist them to work effectively and as part of this we offer:
• 24 hr support
• out of hours service
• 20 days respite per annum
• NVQ 3 training
• Excellent remuneration
• Regular Social Work visits
• ongoing training

Diversity
We are accutely aware that we are based in an area which is not strong multi-culturally and this can sometimes be difficult for young people.
We provide regular visits and contact for each young person from their own independant visitor or mentor. Each independant visitor and mentor is carefully chosen and matched to a young person to give maximum support to enable them to maintain their heritage and identity.
